Narrative:
Passenger in coach cabin was having a hard time staying awake, feeling faint, and incoherent. Flight attendant #2 phoned me. I paged for doctor assistance. Many doctors responded. They assessed the situation, gave passenger oxygen. Used a blood pressure cuff and stethoscope from medical kit. I did not directly deal with passenger but was kept informed. I kept captain informed. The doctor assisting passenger recommended we land the plane at nearest airport. Captain landed in mco. Paramedics met the flight. The passenger was feeling better at this point, but he was taken to nearby hospital. Passenger had history of heart problems. He took nitro pill just before he began to feel ill. Passenger was 82 yrs old. We were told he'd probably be fine by doctor.
