Narrative:
On climb out from sat on SAT5 departure, ZHU gave us the following WX reroute: fly 015 degree heading to the stonewall 049 degree radial to intercept cedar creek 180 degree radial to cqy then cedar creek arrival to dfw. Frequency change to another ZHU frequency was given soon after. We reported passing FL220 for FL230. Houston then cleared us to navys intersection. 5 mins later ZHU asked us to verify we were level FL230. We were, but then noticed we had not reset to qne and were approximately 200 ft high.
