Narrative:

Aircraft xyz air carrier job card item xx-zz-yyx work release: work release item text does not point out that additional paperwork should have been included with the item. Item was complied with per the work release without filling out the associated paperwork. This was due to an error in the air carrier-maintenance computer print-out. Circuit breakers on the external aircraft ground power panel were pulled and collared. No additional circuit breakers were pulled and rendered inoperative. This aircraft later took a delay for a broken circuit breaker on the flight deck.

Title: AN MD-80 WAS DISPATCHED WITH INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION FOR WORK ACCOMPLISHED ON THE POTABLE WATER LINE HEATER SYSTEM.

Narrative: ACFT XYZ ACR JOB CARD ITEM XX-ZZ-YYX WORK RELEASE: WORK RELEASE ITEM TEXT DOES NOT POINT OUT THAT ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE ITEM. ITEM WAS COMPLIED WITH PER THE WORK RELEASE WITHOUT FILLING OUT THE ASSOCIATED PAPERWORK. THIS WAS DUE TO AN ERROR IN THE ACR-MAINT COMPUTER PRINT-OUT. CIRCUIT BREAKERS ON THE EXTERNAL ACFT GND PWR PANEL WERE PULLED AND COLLARED. NO ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE PULLED AND RENDERED INOP. THIS ACFT LATER TOOK A DELAY FOR A BROKEN CIRCUIT BREAKER ON THE FLT DECK.
