Narrative:
During pushback, heard 3 frantic 'set brakes!' from ground/pushback crew. Felt aircraft contact something. Captain asked pushback crew what we had hit, we were unable to get an informed answer from the ground crew. Aircraft returned to the gate and maintenance and dispatch notified. No damage noted.

Narrative: DURING PUSHBACK, HEARD 3 FRANTIC 'SET BRAKES!' FROM GND/PUSHBACK CREW. FELT ACFT CONTACT SOMETHING. CAPT ASKED PUSHBACK CREW WHAT WE HAD HIT, WE WERE UNABLE TO GET AN INFORMED ANSWER FROM THE GND CREW. ACFT RETURNED TO THE GATE AND MAINT AND DISPATCH NOTIFIED. NO DAMAGE NOTED.
