Narrative:
While doing a borescope of #2 engine on aircraft xyz due to WX and the port of portland energy savings by reducing lights at night an igniter lead may have been left off. This occurred at night on dark rainy night. Found parts of heat shield on ramp suspect might have been caused by our maintenance action.

Title: A B737-300 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE #2 ENG IGNITER LEAD NOT CONNECTED AFTER BORESCOPE INSPECTION.
Narrative: WHILE DOING A BORESCOPE OF #2 ENG ON ACFT XYZ DUE TO WX AND THE PORT OF PORTLAND ENERGY SAVINGS BY REDUCING LIGHTS AT NIGHT AN IGNITER LEAD MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT OFF.
