Narrative:
Flying south from pdk (atl) en route to the intended destination of americus, GA. VFR in the vicinity of roberta, GA, experienced dimming of radio frequency lights. Went through electrical malfunction procedures. Shortly thereafter experienced complete electrical failure. Went through electrical failure procedures. Was never able to re-establish electrical power. Selected the most acceptable landing facility in the area which was a private grass strip near roberta. The flaps would not operate so I made a no flap landing. Landing and ground roll were normal until the right landing gear folded. From the outside it appeared to have folded into the well. We departed the aircraft (3 people) through the left door. There were no injuries.
