Narrative:
We began approach at sgf with RVR reported at 2600 ft. The captain went missed approach, after which the tower called the RVR 2000 ft. We landed uneventfully on the third approach. Damage to the right wing and flaps was discovered the next day.

Title: CAPT OF A B727 STRUCK THE R WING AND FLAP WHEN MAKING A MISSED APCH IN LOW VISIBILITY CONDITIONS. DAMAGE TO THE ACFT WAS DISCOVERED THE NEXT DAY.
