Narrative:
Part 135 cargo C402 VFR with no TA's from center departed 5j0 to burns (bno). 15 mi north of burns received ASOS information at bno on communication #2. Winds 19 degrees 08 KTS. 10 mi north of bno called unicom 2 times on communication #1 with no reply. Stated position '10 mi north inbound for runway 12.' no reply. 5 mi north of bno called CTAF on communication #1 stating '5 mi north inbound runway 12.' called base leg -- 'burns traffic (call sign) left base runway 12 burns.' no reply. Called CTAF 1 mi final for runway 12. No reply. 3/4-1/2 mi final I saw 3 bright lights over threshold of runway 30 climbing and turning north. Volume knob on communication #1 was not turned down but I wiggled the knob and heard the hawker captain saying 'I want to talk to that (company) captain on the ground.' also heard unicom calling me saying 'did you see that opposite direction traffic?' I landed aircraft C402. Hawker captain returned for landing to pick up his passenger. Hawker was a 2 crew operation. I was single pilot. Hawker captain said he heard my xmissions. No injuries or damage to any property. I don't know why the hawker cpr part 91 captain and his first officer decided to continue the approach if he heard my xmissions. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that the hawker pilot was near the approach end of runway 30 and he was about 3/4 mi out on final for runway 12. The hawker pilot had heard his xmissions but kept on the approach with no communication. The hawker pilot took the evasive action.
