Narrative:

During climb out from mex, cabin pressure began to fluctuate and then climb rapidly. As cabin altitude exceeded 10000 ft, we notified ATC and began to descend and requested to hold at slm VOR to work the problem. The cabin pressure decreased to the appropriate altitude so we received clearance to continue climb on course. The problem began again as before so we requested a return to mex. Descent and landing at mex were uneventful.
