Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff, captain called me to cockpit. There was a problem as aircraft would not pressurize. We were at 6000 ft. An emergency was declared, airspace back to dfw was cleared. We had to dump fuel first before landing. We landed safely at dfw airport. No slides were used. Aircraft was taken OTS and we got another airplane and proceeded into bwi.
