Narrative:
Arrived in fll XA00 on jun/zz/98 after all night flight from las. I slept until XJ00, went to eat, then unable to get reasonable rest before next morning flight (flight xyz) departing at XA20 (fll time). Due to fatigue and interruptions from gate personnel, we incorrectly handled 2 MEL (dpi) items, only entering 1 in logbook. Flight was uneventful, safe and routine, but we violated MEL company/FAA procedures. 24 hour circadian swaps should not be allowed.
