Narrative:
Restr articles loaded without notification. Load close- out showed restr articles loaded on aircraft. We asked crew chief to verify load. He informed us that no restr articles were loaded. After takeoff operations called to say they were wrong and we had dry ice aboard without paperwork.

Title: MD80. HAZMAT WAS LOADED WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
Narrative: RESTR ARTICLES LOADED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. LOAD CLOSE- OUT SHOWED RESTR ARTICLES LOADED ON ACFT. WE ASKED CREW CHIEF TO VERIFY LOAD. HE INFORMED US THAT NO RESTR ARTICLES WERE LOADED. AFTER TKOF OPS CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE WRONG AND WE HAD DRY ICE ABOARD WITHOUT PAPERWORK.
