Narrative:
Upon taxiing out from the gate at kalispell, the left wing contacted the jetway, causing cancellation of the flight. The ramp agents had problems with the jetway, which had only been operational for 4 days. They maneuvered the jetway to a point they felt was cleared enough to taxi the airplane out, but the wing did not clear it (by 1 ft) and caused damage to both the wing and jetway.
