Narrative:
FL350 inbound to pottstown. First officer's radio went bad. While attempting to fix first officer's communication problem, the first officer was late to intercept the 146 degree radial outbound. ZBW called and vectored us 270 degrees to intercept the 146 degree radial. We were 4 NM off course. No TA's noted. Uneventful flight after.
