Narrative:
Possible missed speed restr. Z time: XX00Z frequency/altitude: unknown/11000 ft. Prior to delmo doing 250 KTS we were given cross delmo at 210 KTS. Received vectors off arrival prior to delmo. A few moments later controller said air carrier XXX speed 210 KTS in a way that made me wonder if I was supposed to be at 210 KTS already, ie, at a point 50 mi from glen rose as delmo is. We rogered '210 KTS' and complied with no further comment or indication of possible infraction. Supplemental information from acn 411521: clearance was 210 IAS at delmo. Approach turned us to 350 degree heading a half mi short of delmo intersection. It was a short, busy flight from aus and we neglected to slow to 210 KTS by delmo. ATC alerted us. I don't believe there was any conflict. Believe this was a case of a busy cockpit and distraction getting the best of us.
