Narrative:
Propeller strike due to landing with gear not properly extended. Damage is limited to the propeller and cosmetic damage to belly of plane, and therefore has been determined to not be a reportable accident and therefore an incident.

Title: AN SMA PLT LANDS HIS ACFT WITH THE GEAR NOT 'PROPERLY EXTENDED.' PROP STRIKE OCCURS AS A SIDE EVENT.
Narrative: PROP STRIKE DUE TO LNDG WITH GEAR NOT PROPERLY EXTENDED. DAMAGE IS LIMITED TO THE PROP AND COSMETIC DAMAGE TO BELLY OF PLANE, AND THEREFORE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO NOT BE A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT AND THEREFORE AN INCIDENT.
