Narrative:
Aircraft was under control of albany approach west feeder position. I was working east feeder at albany approach. Aircraft #1 was en route to ddh -- a satellite airport, controled by albany. Aircraft #1 entered east feeder airspace without prior coordination or radar handoff. I was not quick looking west feeder tagged aircraft, therefore, I was unable to help effect a radar contact. Aircraft #1 was not observed in my airspace until 5 mi east of the albany VOR, already in east feed airspace. I asked west feeder who the aircraft was and at that time a handoff was accomplished.
