Narrative:
Stabilized descent from FL240 to 11000 ft. At 14000 ft, aircraft yawed. Noticed slight loss of airspeed followed by EICAS E2 low N1 message with associated warning light and chimes. Declared emergency and ord approach and requested delay vectors. Performed low N1 checklist. Attempted airstart, second airstart successful. Uneventful approach and landing. At this time I do not know what caused the flameout.
