Narrative:
Cessna requesting taxi back to ramp needed to cross 2 runways. Ground control (training in progress) requested runway xings of both runways. Local control approved crossing runway 19 to hold short of runway 24. Ground trainee issued crossing runway 19 hold short of runway 24. Pilot read back cross runway 19, cross runway 24. Trainee and trainer both missed the incorrect readback. Tower cleared DA50 for takeoff on runway 24. Tower observed cessna crossing runway 19 and crossing hold line for runway 24 and canceled takeoff clearance for the DA50 who had already begun his takeoff roll. This incident went unrpted as ground trainee is new supervisor at facility. Both trainee and trainer remained on position.

LCL CTLR APPROVES XING 1 OF 2 RWYS AND GND CTLR TRAINEE CLRS C172 BUT MISSES INCORRECT READBACK AND C172 CROSSES BOTH RWYS. LCL CTLR INITIATES TKOF DA50 ABORT DUE TO XING C172. TWR CTLR ALLEGES INCIDENT WENT UNRPTED BECAUSE TRAINEE WAS SUPVR.
