Narrative:
I was aware of the conversations between the purser, other flight attendants and passenger mr and mrs X. When we got off the airplane, passenger mr X approached our purser and wanted her name. She tried to get him to leave on his next flight but he said to her he wanted her name because she had been mean to his wife. I was listening so I could be a witness for her. I said she wasn't mean and he stepped towards me looking at my name tag and said 'I wasn't talking to you fat girl.' then flight attendant #3 repeated 'fat girl?' and pointed to me and mr X lunged towards flight attendant #3 and said 'that's right bitch.' he bumped into flight attendant #3. He stepped on purser's foot. Then passenger X called her a 'sexual expletive.' flight attendant told him to talk to the captain but few words were exchanged. We told the agent to call the police or security but no one ever came. The X's were allowed to fly on to their final destinations and return back to dfw the next week. Mrs X also exchanged words with some of the flight attendants. These passenger were rude, unruly, interrupted our service and were very aggressive and should not have been allowed to go on another airplane. No one should have to put up with such verbal abuse like we did, and it seemed the cockpit crew members were not there for our defense either.
