Narrative:
I welcomed a female and male passenger on board who seemed very upset. I asked the agent if there was a problem. He said that they did not hear the gate change announced 1 1/2 hours earlier. Therefore, they had to rush to our gate to make departure. He said they were very upset! The #1 flight attendant asked me to make a final PA to stow luggage for departure. So I did. The female passenger (who last boarded) turned around and mouthed to me 'F___ off.' I chose to ignore this rude comment to avoid any further confrontation. Later in the flight, the #4 flight attendant told me how rude this couple was. They were very upset that passenger were sitting in their seats and told her to get them new seats! Flight attendant #4 cleared an entire row for them. She also 'comp'ed' them 2 free headsets and 2 free drinks. (In an effort to calm them down.) I had no further contact with these 2 passenger. At deplaning, they asked to speak to the captain and myself. They said I was rude and received no customer service. The captain asked what customer service they didn't receive. She said I told her to situation her 'a__ down,' then corrected herself. She also did not deny telling me to 'F___ off.' the captain said 'let's deplane,' so we did. In the terminal, she got in my face and started to verbally abuse me in front of my cockpit crew. I asked her to step away, that it is a federal offense to abuse a crew member. She proceeded to say, 'bring it on!' I told her that if she did not step away from my face, I would call the auths and have her arrested. Her husband grabbed her arm and pulled her away from me. That's when I walked away from her. She continued to yell that she would have my job. Obviously, this woman was having a bad day and chose me to vent on!

Narrative: I WELCOMED A FEMALE AND MALE PAX ON BOARD WHO SEEMED VERY UPSET. I ASKED THE AGENT IF THERE WAS A PROB. HE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT HEAR THE GATE CHANGE ANNOUNCED 1 1/2 HRS EARLIER. THEREFORE, THEY HAD TO RUSH TO OUR GATE TO MAKE DEP. HE SAID THEY WERE VERY UPSET! THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT ASKED ME TO MAKE A FINAL PA TO STOW LUGGAGE FOR DEP. SO I DID. THE FEMALE PAX (WHO LAST BOARDED) TURNED AROUND AND MOUTHED TO ME 'F___ OFF.' I CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS RUDE COMMENT TO AVOID ANY FURTHER CONFRONTATION. LATER IN THE FLT, THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT TOLD ME HOW RUDE THIS COUPLE WAS. THEY WERE VERY UPSET THAT PAX WERE SITTING IN THEIR SEATS AND TOLD HER TO GET THEM NEW SEATS! FLT ATTENDANT #4 CLRED AN ENTIRE ROW FOR THEM. SHE ALSO 'COMP'ED' THEM 2 FREE HEADSETS AND 2 FREE DRINKS. (IN AN EFFORT TO CALM THEM DOWN.) I HAD NO FURTHER CONTACT WITH THESE 2 PAX. AT DEPLANING, THEY ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE CAPT AND MYSELF. THEY SAID I WAS RUDE AND RECEIVED NO CUSTOMER SVC. THE CAPT ASKED WHAT CUSTOMER SVC THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE. SHE SAID I TOLD HER TO SIT HER 'A__ DOWN,' THEN CORRECTED HERSELF. SHE ALSO DID NOT DENY TELLING ME TO 'F___ OFF.' THE CAPT SAID 'LET'S DEPLANE,' SO WE DID.
