Narrative:
Center tank fuel. With concurrence with the fueler, we departed the gate with 1800 pounds of fuel in the center tank. Out of 10000 ft the center tank fuel read 2300 pounds. Pumps were turned on. When center tank fuel read 1200 pounds the pumps were turned off. Upon leveloff at FL370 we noticed center tank fuel indicated zero.
