Narrative:
After gate departure flight attendant informed me some cabin lights were inoperative. We checked circuit breakers -- ok. Left transformer rectifier appeared to be inoperative. MEL allows us to continue with 1 transformer rectifier-2 inoperative. MEL allows us to continue with said cabin lights inoperative. Adequate lighting for flight attendant safety demonstration. At cruise altitude, flight attendant told me none of the 3 lavatory flush motors worked. Circuit breakers ok. No checklist in QRH. Troubleshot system, found ground service bus was not being pwred. Diverted to tul for maintenance.
