Narrative:

Upon takeoff in windy, stormy, rainy WX at sfo, a seagull hit the radome of the B767-200 and was ingested into the r-hand engine. We experienced some vibration and considerable noise (a loud hum) until the aircraft reached perhaps 10000 ft. Once the engine was shut down the noise and vibration subsided. We landed without incident using the left engine. There was a buzzing sound from about 5000 ft until we landed. The aircraft was taken OTS.
