Crew chief abc zyzy had his crew wash the aircraft without covering the static ports. His crew informed him again and he chose to ignore the aircraft washing procedure.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WAS RETURNED TO SVC AFTER BEING WASHED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED PITOT AND STATIC PORT COVERINGS TO PREVENT WATER ENTRY.
Narrative: CREW CHIEF ABC ZYZY HAD HIS CREW WASH THE ACFT WITHOUT COVERING THE STATIC PORTS. HIS CREW INFORMED HIM AGAIN AND HE CHOSE TO IGNORE THE ACFT WASHING PROC.
