Narrative:

Left eyw with a clearance to 16000 ft. Upon passing 13600 ft we were advised to stop our climb at 14000 ft for traffic at 11 O'clock. 14000 ft was set into the window and confirmed. We both directed our attention out of the cockpit window to look for the other traffic. Next ATC inquired of our assigned altitude. The captain looked down and saw 14500 ft. The captain immediately disconnected the autoplt and pushed over. We leveled at 14000 ft. We received no TCASII warning. Then ATC assigned us FL200 and told us the traffic was no factor. We continued to mco without further incident.

Title: EMB120 FLC CONTINUED TO CLB AFTER CLRNC TO STOP CLB FOR CONFLICTING TFC ON DEP FROM KEY WEST, FL.

Narrative: LEFT EYW WITH A CLRNC TO 16000 FT. UPON PASSING 13600 FT WE WERE ADVISED TO STOP OUR CLB AT 14000 FT FOR TFC AT 11 O'CLOCK. 14000 FT WAS SET INTO THE WINDOW AND CONFIRMED. WE BOTH DIRECTED OUR ATTN OUT OF THE COCKPIT WINDOW TO LOOK FOR THE OTHER TFC. NEXT ATC INQUIRED OF OUR ASSIGNED ALT. THE CAPT LOOKED DOWN AND SAW 14500 FT. THE CAPT IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND PUSHED OVER. WE LEVELED AT 14000 FT. WE RECEIVED NO TCASII WARNING. THEN ATC ASSIGNED US FL200 AND TOLD US THE TFC WAS NO FACTOR. WE CONTINUED TO MCO WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
