Narrative:

Cleared via the slc 5 departure, except 11000 ft instead of 8000 ft. Slc 5 departure says to cross 7.5 DME east of slc VOR at 8000 ft. Surely with this amended clearance the pre departure clearance should also read 'cross 7.5 DME at or above 8000 ft' because by this point with no restr we are climbing through something like 16000 ft.
