Narrative:
Problem arose when 2 male passenger were denied alcohol because flight attendant #2 determined that they appeared intoxicated. One of the men became belligerent during the beverage service and started speaking loudly and using profanity. This behavior continued for several mins in plain view of other passenger. Upon landing in sjc, the belligerent passenger was detained by police officers at the airport while flight attendant #2 and I were briefly questioned. If, as flight attendant #2 says, the passenger were intoxicated upon boarding in narita, japan, then I believe that was the main cause of the problem.
