Narrative:
While climbing out of austin executive airport (3r3), student who was flying airplane failed to control altitude and momentarily got into austin's class C airspace without establishing communications. As flight instructor, I was busy looking for other traffic and failed to notice controled airspace violation. I should have been more vigilant and corrected the student before actual violation occurred. Contributing factor was turbulence.
