While on final approach behind a B747, the controller cleared us for the approach to runway 22L, hold short of runway 27. First officer verified the charts for 'landing and hold short landing distance.' the controller forgot to switch us to the tower frequency and we landed without a tower landing clearance.

Narrative: WHILE ON FINAL APCH BEHIND A B747, THE CTLR CLRED US FOR THE APCH TO RWY 22L, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 27. FO VERIFIED THE CHARTS FOR 'LNDG AND HOLD SHORT LNDG DISTANCE.' THE CTLR FORGOT TO SWITCH US TO THE TWR FREQ AND WE LANDED WITHOUT A TWR LNDG CLRNC.
