Narrative:
Engine was started to taxi out for ground runup (magneto check, propeller, etc). Intercom was not working and with pilot's head down trying to determine problem with intercom, aircraft started rolling. Because of attention to repair intercom, pilot unaware that plane is rolling until it collided with twin engine aircraft parked nearby. Brakes had been applied but due to attention to intercom, brakes were inadvertently released, allowing the aircraft to roll.
