Narrative:
While eastbound on V186 with clearance to intercept V363 sbound traffic was called and I eventually was able to see and call it. I then looked and saw that I was going past full scale defection on V363 at this time ATC told me to turn to heading of 200 degrees to reintercept V363 as I had passed through it. He then told me just to intercept localizer into sna.
