Narrative:
I was beginning beverage service of forward end of cart. I heard 'cabin attendant come to the back' over the PA. I didn't understand why #2 was asking me to the back. Then #1 flight attendant came and moved the cart out of my way and instructed me to go to the back. #2 had the passenger seated in last row aisle seat. Passenger had little to no response. Eyes dilated completely, head hanging limp. Initially he had no comprehension (when asked his name he couldn't understand). We tried to give him water, and added sugar to the water in case he were to be diabetic. Within 5 mins he was fully conscious and responding normally. Passenger said that he had not eaten breakfast and was taking medication for low blood pressure, but had missed last dosage. We served him his breakfast during our return to the departure city to meet medical.
