Narrative:
The events leading up to medical in-flight diversion to ZZZ. I exercised my emergency authority/authorized and declared a medical emergency for passenger. Passenger was found to be unconscious in-flight. At approximately XA35Z; passenger is found unconscious in the first class lavatory. Apparently; passenger jarred the lavatory door open when he went unconscious/ medical doctor was on board and provided medical assistance. ATC is informed of the situation ZZZ2 selected as a diversion airport; and ATC is asked to inform company of the diversion. Approximately 5 mins later; doctor informs the flight attendants that passenger 'fainted' due to low blood pressure and is 'ok' to continue on to ZZZ3. ATC is informed of our new situation and I request on course to ZZZ3. At XB18Z passenger is found unconscious again. I declared another medical emergency and divert to ZZZ. ATC again is requested to inform company of our situation and diversion. Passenger returns to a conscious state sometime during the approach. The landing was uneventful and emt's meet the aircraft.
