Narrative:
ZJX issued clearance to cross 90 mi out of omn (112.6) at FL310. We were at FL350. At 87 mi, controller called and said, I must have missed your readback to cross 90 mi out at FL310. So we descended to FL310. No other comments. Center frequency 132.42. We were approximately 150 mi out at the time of clearance and just missed the descent.
