Found windshield attach bolts loose. All bolts on both captain and first officer windshields improperly torqued. Fleet campaign underway to replace all windshield nuts with nut plates. Continuing problems during transition with improperly torqued bolts.

Narrative: FOUND WINDSHIELD ATTACH BOLTS LOOSE. ALL BOLTS ON BOTH CAPT AND FO WINDSHIELDS IMPROPERLY TORQUED. FLEET CAMPAIGN UNDERWAY TO REPLACE ALL WINDSHIELD NUTS WITH NUT PLATES. CONTINUING PROBS DURING TRANSITION WITH IMPROPERLY TORQUED BOLTS.
