Narrative:
Asked by msp tower to take off runway 12R at taxiway M. Chart 10- 9 shows taxiway M, but chart 10-9C (dated earlier) does not, but it does show taxiway A7, which does not exist anymore since runway 12R construction was completed. The commercial chart airport analysis shows takeoff data for runway 12R/taxiway A7 and we departed runway 12R at taxiway M. This, technically, was not appropriate since we used runway analysis data for a taxiway intersection departure that did not exist.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: THE FLC OF AN ACR LTT TURBOPROP USED AN OUTDATED PERFORMANCE CHART AS A BASIS TO ACCEPT AN INTXN TKOF CLRNC. THE FLC UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS WAS IMPROPER.
Narrative: ASKED BY MSP TWR TO TAKE OFF RWY 12R AT TXWY M. CHART 10- 9 SHOWS TXWY M, BUT CHART 10-9C (DATED EARLIER) DOES NOT, BUT IT DOES SHOW TXWY A7, WHICH DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE SINCE RWY 12R CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED. THE COMMERCIAL CHART ARPT ANALYSIS SHOWS TKOF DATA FOR RWY 12R/TXWY A7 AND WE DEPARTED RWY 12R AT TXWY M. THIS, TECHNICALLY, WAS NOT APPROPRIATE SINCE WE USED RWY ANALYSIS DATA FOR A TXWY INTXN DEP THAT DID NOT EXIST.
