Narrative:
After takeoff on climb out while on radar vectors from ord departure, we let the airspeed exceed 250 KIAS. Departure control brought it to our attention and we reduced our speed, no conflicts.

Title: FLC OF A LEAR JET 55 EXCEEDED MAX SPD BELOW 10000 FT DURING DEP CLB. DEP CTLR ALERTED THE CREW TO THE OVERSPD, WHICH THEY CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF ON CLBOUT WHILE ON RADAR VECTORS FROM ORD DEP, WE LET THE AIRSPD EXCEED 250 KIAS. DEP CTL BROUGHT IT TO OUR ATTN AND WE REDUCED OUR SPD, NO CONFLICTS.
