Narrative:
Vance AFB called and told me military trainer X was off ir-185. Approximately 10 mins after that call, military trainer X flight called to report point 'india,' which is in the middle of the route. Supplemental information from acn 429666: vance AFB handed off aircraft Y to ZFW and let the aircraft transit my airspace without a pointout or handoff.

Title: END MIL TRACON CTLR ADVISES ZKC CTLR THAT A T38 HAS EXITED IR-185 WITHOUT CLRNC OR COORD. T38 RPTS AT AN IR CHKPOINT, WHICH IS IN THE IR. THE ZKC CTLR OBSERVES END XFER CTL TO ZFW, A MIL BE40, WHICH PENETRATES ZKC AIRSPACE WITHOUT A POINTOUT.
Narrative: VANCE AFB CALLED AND TOLD ME MIL TRAINER X WAS OFF IR-185. APPROX 10 MINS AFTER THAT CALL, MIL TRAINER X FLT CALLED TO RPT POINT 'INDIA,' WHICH IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RTE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 429666: VANCE AFB HANDED OFF ACFT Y TO ZFW AND LET THE ACFT TRANSIT MY AIRSPACE WITHOUT A POINTOUT OR HDOF.
