Narrative:
Location: taxiing to gate at dayton, oh. I had consumed chicken, noodles, and ice tea at the concession/restaurant at dfw terminal at approximately PM15Z prior to flying to dayton, oh. At about 4 hours later while taxiing in to the gate at day, I (PF/captain) experienced excruciating abdominal pain and cramping. Only thing consumed during the flight to day was bottled water and a coke soft drink. I barely made it to the restroom in the terminal before experiencing a prolonged period of explosive type diarrhea. This recurred several times during the evening at the hotel, but I managed to get adequate rest by eating an entire roll of tums, alka seltzer, immodium, and drinking lots of fresh, bottled water. I will advise this restaurant of the effects their food had on me, and will never eat there again. I am thankful that this did not affect me until as late in this flight as it did. I consider this incident very serious, and it was very unpleasant.
