Narrative:

I was cleared to taxi to runway 27 for departure. I was not cleared onto runway 27. I proceeded onto runway 27 after runup without contacting the tower. They (ground) notified me I had not been cleared onto runway 27. I forgot to contact tower for clearance onto runway 27. I acknowledged my mistake when ground told me of my error. There were no planes approaching runway 27 for landing. I checked before taxiing onto runway 27. No flts were in any danger due to my error. I will be more careful in the future.

Title: PLT OF AN SEL SMA TAXIED INTO POS ON THE RWY FOR TKOF WHEN NOT BEING CLRED. GND CTLR INTERVENED TO INFORM RPTR AND THEN ISSUED TKOF CLRNC.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 27 FOR DEP. I WAS NOT CLRED ONTO RWY 27. I PROCEEDED ONTO RWY 27 AFTER RUNUP WITHOUT CONTACTING THE TWR. THEY (GND) NOTIFIED ME I HAD NOT BEEN CLRED ONTO RWY 27. I FORGOT TO CONTACT TWR FOR CLRNC ONTO RWY 27. I ACKNOWLEDGED MY MISTAKE WHEN GND TOLD ME OF MY ERROR. THERE WERE NO PLANES APCHING RWY 27 FOR LNDG. I CHKED BEFORE TAXIING ONTO RWY 27. NO FLTS WERE IN ANY DANGER DUE TO MY ERROR. I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE.
