Narrative:

Forward lavatory smoke alarm sounded. We deplaned the aircraft. I must give praise to lead cabin attendant, xyz abc, for his PA to the passenger, to quickly get out of their seats and exit the aircraft through the main doors. We (xyz abc and I) had checked the forward lavatory finding nothing. However, we both felt it best, what we had done. Later we found out a hydraulic leak caused the alarm to sound. The fluid was picked up by the air cycler machine sending small particles through the vents setting off the alarm.
