Narrative:
Ground evacuate/evacuation at gate. Found #2 air conditioning pack on at gate with both pack switches off. Maintenance pulled both pack fan circuit breakers and left the cockpit. Aircraft filled with smoke. Passenger were evacuate/evacuationed through the forward entry door. Crew turned APU and gasper off, smoke stopped.

Title: FLC OF AN LGT EVACED THE ACFT AT THE GATE DUE TO SMOKE IN THE CABIN FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING SYS.
Narrative: GND EVAC AT GATE. FOUND #2 AIR CONDITIONING PACK ON AT GATE WITH BOTH PACK SWITCHES OFF. MAINT PULLED BOTH PACK FAN CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND LEFT THE COCKPIT. ACFT FILLED WITH SMOKE. PAX WERE EVACED THROUGH THE FORWARD ENTRY DOOR. CREW TURNED APU AND GASPER OFF, SMOKE STOPPED.
