Narrative:

During descent, 'hydraulic G reserve low level' ECAM message displayed. Coordinated with dispatch and maintenance control via pbi operations after completing ECAM procedures and consulting communication. Decision of all involved to divert to mia. Declared an emergency with ATC, advised flight attendants of an emergency, manually extended the landing gear per procedure and landed uneventfully for tow-in to mia gate.
