Narrative:
Captain called (2 chimes), told me to put carts away and be ready for landing in 15 mins. Throttle was stuck and we would be landing in memphis in 15 mins with only 1 engine. Just before wheels down, he shut off right engine. We landed without incident.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING THE FLT OF A FOKKER 100 WHICH HAD A THROTTLE STUCK. THE FLT DIVERTED AND MADE A SAFE LNDG.
Narrative: CAPT CALLED (2 CHIMES), TOLD ME TO PUT CARTS AWAY AND BE READY FOR LNDG IN 15 MINS. THROTTLE WAS STUCK AND WE WOULD BE LNDG IN MEMPHIS IN 15 MINS WITH ONLY 1 ENG. JUST BEFORE WHEELS DOWN, HE SHUT OFF R ENG. WE LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
