Narrative:
Last leg of 5 day trip. Flew 8.2 hours on last day. Fatigue was a factor contributing to incident. Captain input flight plan route into FMS for our departure from tol to cvg. I was first officer and PF that leg. I confirmed incorrect routing to intercept the cince 3 approach to cvg. Clearance received from tol instructed us to the findlay transition/cince 3 arrival. FMS was incorrectly programmed for the ape transition. ZID inquired as to our routing approximately 20 mi southeast of findlay VOR. Once we were aware of our mistake, we were assigned direct bowr intersection/cinci 3 arrival. ZID didn't appear too concerned with our transgression, but reported that a prior company flight did the same thing that day. I can't think of a way to prevent this from occurring in the future, other than increasing required rest times and/or decreasing the duty time regulations. 8 hours of flying on the last day of a 5 day trip is too exhausting!

Title: CL65 CREW DEVIATES FROM CLRED ROUTING DUE TO FMS ERROR IN ZID AIRSPACE.
Narrative: LAST LEG OF 5 DAY TRIP. FLEW 8.2 HRS ON LAST DAY. FATIGUE WAS A FACTOR CONTRIBUTING TO INCIDENT. CAPT INPUT FLT PLAN RTE INTO FMS FOR OUR DEP FROM TOL TO CVG. I WAS FO AND PF THAT LEG. I CONFIRMED INCORRECT ROUTING TO INTERCEPT THE CINCE 3 APCH TO CVG. CLRNC RECEIVED FROM TOL INSTRUCTED US TO THE FINDLAY TRANSITION/CINCE 3 ARR. FMS WAS INCORRECTLY PROGRAMMED FOR THE APE TRANSITION. ZID INQUIRED AS TO OUR ROUTING APPROX 20 MI SE OF FINDLAY VOR. ONCE WE WERE AWARE OF OUR MISTAKE, WE WERE ASSIGNED DIRECT BOWR INTXN/CINCI 3 ARR. ZID DIDN'T APPEAR TOO CONCERNED WITH OUR TRANSGRESSION, BUT RPTED THAT A PRIOR COMPANY FLT DID THE SAME THING THAT DAY. I CAN'T THINK OF A WAY TO PREVENT THIS FROM OCCURRING IN THE FUTURE, OTHER THAN INCREASING REQUIRED REST TIMES AND/OR DECREASING THE DUTY TIME REGS. 8 HRS OF FLYING ON THE LAST DAY OF A 5 DAY TRIP IS TOO EXHAUSTING!
