Narrative:

The takeoff clearance from runway 11 was heading of 120 degrees, climb to 17000 ft. At approximately 800 ft AGL, a TCASII resolution 'reduce climb' sounded. At the same time, the control tower advised us of traffic above you (I don't remember if the tower gave us traffic and/or if the traffic had us in sight). Then another TCASII resolution sounded of 'reduce climb.' the copilot was flying the aircraft and pulled throttles back and leveled off. I caught movement out the left side window, and saw an F16 in a left turn at 200 ft (TCASII indication) above us and within 1/4 mi of our aircraft heading in the opposite direction. We continued the takeoff climb and the rest of the flight was normal.

Title: ACFT HAD A NEAR MISS ON TKOF.

Narrative: THE TKOF CLRNC FROM RWY 11 WAS HDG OF 120 DEGS, CLB TO 17000 FT. AT APPROX 800 FT AGL, A TCASII RESOLUTION 'REDUCE CLB' SOUNDED. AT THE SAME TIME, THE CTL TWR ADVISED US OF TFC ABOVE YOU (I DON'T REMEMBER IF THE TWR GAVE US TFC AND/OR IF THE TFC HAD US IN SIGHT). THEN ANOTHER TCASII RESOLUTION SOUNDED OF 'REDUCE CLB.' THE COPLT WAS FLYING THE ACFT AND PULLED THROTTLES BACK AND LEVELED OFF. I CAUGHT MOVEMENT OUT THE L SIDE WINDOW, AND SAW AN F16 IN A L TURN AT 200 FT (TCASII INDICATION) ABOVE US AND WITHIN 1/4 MI OF OUR ACFT HDG IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE CONTINUED THE TKOF CLB AND THE REST OF THE FLT WAS NORMAL.
