Narrative:
During frequency change from 132.52 to 118.5 and descending through 5000 ft to 3000 ft, received TCASII RA for passing traffic at 4500 ft. Traffic flying south down beach. We climbed about 500 ft to avoid traffic now visual. Once clear we continued descent. No ATC TA.
