Narrative:
While on approach to phl we received a flap asymmetry message on both MFDU's. Flaps were at zero degrees. Followed landing with flaps less than 25 degrees checklist and landed uneventfully with flaps zero. Normal brakes and idle reverse thrust were used.

Title: AN FK10 HAS TO MAKE A NO FLAP APCH AND LNDG AT PHL WHEN THE ASYMMETRICAL FLAP WARNING INDICATES A FLAP PROB.
Narrative: WHILE ON APCH TO PHL WE RECEIVED A FLAP ASYMMETRY MESSAGE ON BOTH MFDU'S. FLAPS WERE AT ZERO DEGS. FOLLOWED LNDG WITH FLAPS LESS THAN 25 DEGS CHKLIST AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY WITH FLAPS ZERO. NORMAL BRAKES AND IDLE REVERSE THRUST WERE USED.
