Narrative:

At approximately XX10 local we departed philadelphia international on runway 9L. Our clearance was to climb to 5000 ft on runway heading. During the climb we were turned to a heading of about 340 degrees and cleared to 10000 ft. We leveled off at 10000 ft in VMC conditions. Departure control then gave us a left turn direct modena (mxe). The dupont (dqo) frequency was incorrectly set and we stopped our left turn heading for dupont. After a few mins departure control asked where we were headed and we replied modena. He then gave us a right turn to modena and the departure was continued without further incident.
